Parted Magic - это пакет утилит для работы с разделами жесткого диска на базе загрузочного CD Linux. Позволяет выделывать неодинаковые операции над разделами и поддерживает великое численность файловых систем.
Parted Magic - менеджер разделов на базе Linux, вкалывающий с LiveCD, USB-накопителей или сквозь локальную сеть. Поддерживаются любые операции с настоящими - перенос, удаление, восстановление, клонирование разделов и т.д. Кроме этого, Parted Magic позволяет выделывать настройку введенной операционной системы, а также получить доступ в интернет с поддержкой входящего в дристрибутив браузера Firefox. Parted Magic поддерживает работу с файловыми системами ext2, ext3, ext4, fat16, fat32, hfs, hfs+, jfs, linux-swap, ntfs, reiserfs, reiser4, xfs.
